With a substantial 300gsm fabric weight, Merino Max is the warmest gaiter in our range, making it an ideal choice for skiing, snowboarding, hiking, cycling and other cold-weather adventures.
🇦🇺 300gsm Pure Australian Merino Wool
When temperatures drop, you need dependable warmth. The Merino Max gaiter uses our premium WildernessWool™ fabric, made from 100% Pure Australian Merino wool. Its heavier 300gsm construction provides extra insulation while retaining the natural breathability and comfort that make merino a popular choice for outdoor clothing.
Merino wool helps regulate comfort in changing conditions. In warmer conditions, its fibres absorb moisture vapour and allow it to escape through the fabric. In colder weather, the fibres help retain warmth. As a result, this natural thermal layer helps you stay comfortable when the weather turns chilly.
🧣 One Gaiter, 10 Ways to Wear It
Enjoy versatile protection with a design you can wear in 10 different ways. Pull it up over your face and neck while skiing or snowboarding, or wear it around your neck for extra warmth on cold days. It also works well for hiking, cycling and motorcycle riding. Alternatively, fold or arrange it as a cap or beanie for cool morning runs and other outdoor activities.
Measuring approximately 46cm long by 25cm wide when laid flat, the Merino Max offers generous coverage. Its flexible design makes it easy to adapt to different activities and changing weather conditions.
🌿 Natural Comfort for the Outdoors
Pure Australian Merino wool offers more than warmth. It is naturally breathable and odour resistant, making it a practical choice for active use. The fabric is also washable when cared for according to the garment instructions. With its natural insulating properties and versatile design, this gaiter is a useful addition to your cold-weather gear.

Women’s Body Measurements
BUST: Measure the circumference of your chest. Place one end of the tape measure at the fullest part of your bust, wrap it around (under your armpits, around your shoulder blades, and back to the front) to get the measurement.
WAIST: Measure the circumference of your waist. Use the tape to circle your waist (sort of like a belt would) at your natural waistline, which is located above your belly button and below your rib cage. (If you bend to the side, the crease that forms is your natural waistline.)
HIP: Measure the circumference of your hips. Start at one hip and wrap the tape measure around your rear, around the other hip, and back to where you started. Make sure the tape is over the largest part of your hips.
INSIDE LEG: This is the distance from the uppermost inner part of your thigh to the bottom of your ankle. If you have a pair of pants that fit you perfectly, measure the inseam of the pants, again from the crotch to the hem.
