Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy
Change of Mind & Refunds
Not a problem. Within 7 business days contact us at: web@wildernesswear.com.au and we will provide you with authorisation number and reply paid address. On return & inspections of the item/s we will refund back the full amount minus postage ($14.95). Postage will not be refunded for change of mind return and exchange.
Exchanges
Not a problem. Within 7 business days contact us at: web@wildernesswear.com.au and let us know what you would like to exchange. We will provide you with an authorisation number & our PO box number. On return of the goods we will send to you your requested exchange items. Please note, you will need to cover the postage each way for any exchanges.
International Exchanges
Not a problem. Within 7 business days contact us at: web@wildernesswear.com.au and let us know what you would like to exchange. We will provide you with authorisation & a cost for your shipping. On return of the goods we will send to you your requested exchange items (you will also need to pay for shipping).
Faulty or damaged goods on arrival
For any goods received that are faulty or damaged on arrival, please notify us within 7 business days. You will need to contact us at web@wildernesswear.com.au & attach an image and description of the fault or damage. We will check and approve the return and inform you of the steps needed to either replace, exchange or refund you for your goods.
Missed Deliveries
If we attempt to deliver your order but are unable to do so, and the package is returned to us, a new delivery fee will apply for re-sending your order. Your order will not qualify for a refund as it will be outside the 7 business day refund window.
