I want to say THANK YOU! I bought the wrong jacket and you guys talked me through the purchase over the phone, suggested another one that would suit me more, sent it to me so quickly in time for my impending trip and said I could return the wrong one at my leisure. Your exceptional customer service was simply phenomenal. I returned the other jacket before I left Australia for Italy. Now I’m in Ravenna, in my beautiful new zip up jacket and it’s warm, stylish and just perfect.
