Best piece of kit I ever owned. Cycled the length of New Zealand effectively wearing only this -- nothing else I brought offered the same comfort or versatiltiy accross conditions. Good pocket space; washes and dries easily; keeps you warm and cool; doesn't smell. Wish they restocked the larger sizes as I would buy multiple, immediately.

The fabric on this thing is super light and feels unreal – soft as. Haven’t taken this one out hiking yet, but I’ve got one of the older cool merino tops (bright neon) and it’s hands down the best bit of kit I own. In winter I chuck a few layers over it, and in summer it’s sweet on its own. Even when you’re drenched in sweat, it doesn’t feel gross or clingy like synthetics do. Won’t touch synthetics again — they’re rubbish compared to this.

Been wearing these socks for a few weeks now and honestly, my feet have never felt better on a run. I run pretty much every day, and with my Hoka Mach 6s, they fit perfectly—no extra bulk, no sliding around. No blisters, no overheating, and definitely no funky smells. Can’t recommend these Aussie-made socks enough!

purchased Women's Compression Merino 200 Sports Capri Leggings recently.... went a size up to get extra length in leg....so not using them as compression leggings...super warm, soft and comfortable, cannot feel the cold wind at all while wearing them.... little side zipper makes it stylish to wear it as a sportswear or fashion piece with tall leather boots:) love the products from Wilderness Wear...purchased previously tops and leggings for my dad and husband....long lasting and really must have in a cooler climates.....worth every penny...plus supporting Australian manufacturing....which almost vanished from Australian shores....

I have above average sized calves (lucky me!), so I needed some socks that wouldn't feel like they are digging in. I was recommended these by a nice man over the phone, so I ordered them and I'm so happy. They don't fall down, they are warm, but not too thick. I highly recommend for anyone who had issue with the fit of regular socks.

I was recommended these by a really helpful staff member over the phone. I wanted a warm Merino sock for morning dog walks in sneakers, but also something I could wear to the gym. I’ve worn them all week (rotating two pairs I promise - haha) and they’ve been excellent. Even when the grass is wet and my shoes are damp, my feet stay warm and comfortable. Such a huge upgrade from the cheap supermarket socks I was wearing before. I’m definitely a Wilderness Wear convert now!

These socks were a lifesaver on a chilly camping trip — super warm at night and really comfortable in my hiking boots during the day. They fit well and stayed up the whole time. They are very long, right up to my knee. Definitely my new go-to for camping in the winter.

These socks are unreal. I wear em under me boots all day, no blisters, no stink. Comfy as. Stays up. tough as. And aussie made made for boots. Perfect for working long days.

I first got a pair of these as a birthday gift from my sister. Honestly, when I opened them I was a bit unsure, the colour was really bright and kinda surprised me! But now I actually love that about them (super easy to spot in the sock basket haha). They’re the perfect height, don’t slip down at all, and the cushioning is amazing. At first I thought they seemed a bit thick, but turns out they’re just right — really good support around the ankles. I’m a big fan now. I think I’ve got about 6 pairs? Hopefully they’ll last me a good few years.

I used to wear the Cool max socks to run in. I thought they were great until I was recommended these by a friend. I bought some, ran in them and have not looked back. My feet don't get hot, I've never had one blister (running 10ks plus every other day) and they never stink. I guess you could call me a merino sock convert. Thanks team
