Perfect weight, not scratchy, seams nonintrusive. Only wore a couple of times under my helmet for testing purposes as I usually wear my hair in a plait that feeds out above the rear fastner of my helmet (ordinarily I use a fleece skullcap that has a slit at the back that I thread my ponytail through).
