SIZE GUIDE

Our Womens MerinoFusion Light 160 Hoody keeps you warm in the cold and cool in the heat

Staying warm is all about trapping as many pockets of air next to your body as possible and that’s what MerinoFusion is built for. Every Merino fibre is hollow which means you’ll automatically have millions of air pockets trapped next to your skin. And as the natural curl of wool fibres traps more air than straight fibres, the microscopic texture of the MerinoFusion fabric itself will also retain heat.

The Women’s MerinoFusion Light 160 Hoody engineering comes into its own in cold terrain. It’s so soft, stretchy and high wicking. You can wear it as your first layer to prevent the build-up of sweat that can make you cold. It can also be worn as part of a layering system; under your jacket. If you’re looking to go fast and light, you can wear it on its own.

Fast drying and insulating even when wet

The outside of every Merino fibre is covered in a natural wax coating which makes it water repellent when you’re outside. The fused Merino and Polypropylene act like a sponge to soak up sweat and spreads it over a massive surface area. This way, it evaporates at high speed.  And as Merino can absorb over 30% of its own weight in water you’ll stay warm and insulated.

There’s almost nothing it can’t cope with

Both the Merino and the Polypropylene fibres are highly elastic which means the Women’s MerinoFusion Light 160 Hoody will stretch with you whatever you’re doing. It can also be pulled with a lot of sudden force without breaking and still return to its original shape. As it is lightweight and breathable you’ll find there’s almost nothing you can’t use the hoodie for throughout the year.  From snowboarding and skiing to running and climbing. It holds its warmth and dries quickly.

Women’s Body Measurements

BUST: Measure the circumference of your chest. Place one end of the tape measure at the fullest part of your bust, wrap it around (under your armpits, around your shoulder blades, and back to the front) to get the measurement.

WAIST: Measure the circumference of your waist. Use the tape to circle your waist (sort of like a belt would) at your natural waistline, which is located above your belly button and below your rib cage. (If you bend to the side, the crease that forms is your natural waistline.)

HIP: Measure the circumference of your hips. Start at one hip and wrap the tape measure around your rear, around the other hip, and back to where you started. Make sure the tape is over the largest part of your hips.

INSIDE LEG: This is the distance from the uppermost inner part of your thigh to the bottom of your ankle. If you have a pair of pants that fit you perfectly, measure the inseam of the pants, again from the crotch to the hem.

Athletic Fit

More of a “tailored” fit that is tighter across the middle and shoulder sections in tops and tighter across the backside, upper thigh and lower leg sections in leggings.

Slim Fit

A snug, close-to-the body fit for low bulk, layering. Clothing in this style don’t have extra fabric hanging or draping anywhere.

Regular Fit

Neither snug, nor loose, these garments are worn solo or over other layers. Regular fit clothing tends to fit most body types comfortably and have a little extra fabric than slim fit.

Relaxed Fit

Relaxed refers to a fit that’s looser than regular, but not baggy. Typically, relaxed clothing provide a comfortable, looser fit.
